Basic rules of Parliamentary Procedure

Point of Information: It is used to address other delegates to ask questions in relation to speeches and position papers.

Point of Personal Privilege Used to address any personal discomfort such as hearing problems, too hot/too cold, going to the restroom, etc.

Point of Order: It is used to address a procedural matter such as that the delegate is using the personal pronoun.

Point of Inquiry: It is used to address any clarification of procedure needed by a delegate.

Motion to Suspend debate: By using this you are entering to an informal debate and a specific length must be included.

Motion to adjourn the meeting: It is used to end the meeting for the day.

Motion to close the debate: It is used to end debate and and move into voting.
